Nothing extravagant — just the things we'd want if we were the ones travelling. Breakfast every morning, your own bathroom with hot water, and cookies and tea when you arrive.
House notes
Check-in
From 2:00 pm. Early check-in subject to availability.
Check-out
Until 11:00 am. Late check-out can usually be arranged.
Rooms
All rooms are on the ground floor, each with a king bed.
Extra beds
Every room takes one extra bed, and Room 6 takes three — from ₹800 a night each.
Breakfast
Included every morning, 8 – 10 am, in the dining room.
Children
Under 6 stay free. 7 to 12: ₹300 a day for breakfast. 13 and over count as adults.
Smoking
Allowed.
Pets
We don't allow pets, sorry.
Payment
Pay the full amount or part of it by UPI or bank transfer — a booking is confirmed only once a payment arrives. No cards, nothing charged online.
Cancellations
Cancel 10 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Within 5 days of arrival, 50% of the booking is charged. Unpaid requests release on their own after 24 hours.
ID at check-in
Please carry a government photo ID for each adult — Aadhaar, passport, or driving licence.
